Our home

Our home is a spacious 1,900-square-foot, four-level townhome with plenty of room to spread out, including a rooftop deck. The main living space has an open kitchen, dining room, and living room, and the home has 2.5 bathrooms. There’s a primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and private ensuite bathroom, an office, and a second bedroom that we currently use for storage.

We’re located in Ballard, one of Seattle’s most walkable neighborhoods, with tons of great coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and local spots nearby. The Ballard Farmers Market takes over historic Ballard Avenue every Sunday, and there are plenty of parks and outdoor spaces close by as well.

We’re also within easy driving distance of some incredible Washington hiking trails and are always happy to share our favorite hiking, coffee shop, and restaurant recommendations!

We love how walkable the neighborhood is! There are so many great coffee shops and restaurants just a short walk away, while still feeling quiet, peaceful, and friendly. And absolutely love walking to the Ballard Farmers Market every sunday.
