INSIDE: Wifi and other utilities, and almost all standard appliances (oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, water boiler, toaster, toilet/sink/shower). Sadly there is no dishwasher - I'll provide sponges, soap, and gloves for hand-washing dishes. Kitchen is well-stocked with utensils & cookware, and if you enjoy cooking you're welcome to use any of the condiments, spices, oils, or other ingredients I have on hand.

OUTSIDE: Washers/dryers in building basement. Free, safe, unlimited-time street parking next to the building.

My apartment is just 2 blocks from downtown San Luis Obispo, a cute college town full of restaurants and shops. Further out, every direction has something to explore - hiking trails, beaches, farms, wineries... The weather is almost always beautiful, and the vibe is laid-back.

My two cats are Kara (age 8) and Lily (age 13). Both are fairly low maintenance - I feed them once in the morning and once at night, and scoop their litter boxes once per day. The main thing they need is love and attention! They get lonely when I'm traveling and will really appreciate your company.

Like many cats, they have quirks to be aware of. Kara *really* likes human food, so don't leave your plate unattended unless you want to share! Lily tends to chew things when she's anxious, such as toilet paper, plants, etc.

I had a great time during this two-month house sit. Caring for the two cats was an absolute pleasure—they were affectionate, easy to look after, and made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was amazing. Being right in downtown San Luis Obispo allowed me to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and everything else SLO has to offer barely having to use my car. It was also just minutes to the beaches, which was a huge bonus! Emily was a wonderful host. She was friendly, easy to communicate ... MoreI had a great time during this two-month house sit. Emily and her partner Rich were very welcoming, helpful, and responsive. I really appreciate their assistance their accommodating us and our logistics. We bonded very well with both adorable furry purry babies Lily and Kara. Emily's condo is very cozy and comfortable. Her plant babies and fur babies make the space home so much more inviting, welcoming and oh so cuddly. It's really on the near outskirts of the downtown SLO, so you could be at a Lululemon or the Sephora stores within a 4-minute walk. A very convenient location. Definitely enjoyed our time there.
