Property is in the country yet 3 miles from a grocery store and 6 miles to the beach. Very private and plenty of land around the house. Arena is next door and riding horses daily is very convenient. Year round temperatures never changes more than 10 degrees and typically in the 70's.

There is a rental house on the property and has it's own address and private yard. We board our neighbors two horses, they muck 6 days a week and exercise/feed supplements to their two horses. It is not a requirement to turn them out or feed them lunch. We ask that you leave the house as clean.
You can keep it close to home, or you can use house sitting as a way to travel on a shoestring. It's all good, and it starts here.
