Our home

We have one small dog and a small flock of chickens needing care while we’re away. We have a beautiful view and the property has lots of land to hike! Sitting on the deck and taking in the scenic view is one of our favorite things to do. We are a short 15 minute drive into town where you can walk around, shop, and enjoy the quaint Vermont atmosphere. We are a short 15 minute drive into town where you can walk around, shop, and enjoy the quaint Vermont atmosphere. Chickens will need to be checked on to make sure that food and fresh water is available. Fresh eggs collected can be enjoyed at the sitter’s leisure! We have set them up to be pretty low maintenance, but they would love a little extra attention and treats. Our dog, Wesley, is a maltipoo who loves snuggles and walks around the property. He gets anxious being alone for long. Once he warms up, he just wants to be by your side or on your lap! He does need to be watched when let out for any predators that may be around, so we don’t let him go unsupervised. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, peaceful home. We’re looking for a respectful, kind person to care for our animals and home while we’re away!

Our 10lb maltipoo needs lots of love and lap time. He loves to go on walks and explore and then snuggle up for some quiet time. He tends towards the anxious side, but once he warms up he's a real love bug.
The chickens are fairly self-sufficient. One water refill for the week, daily collection of eggs, and "treat time" if you feel so inclined. They would love to be let out to free range, but don't require it.

I enjoyed a winter wonderland at Anastasia's home, snuggling with the adorable Wesley, her maltipoo. The house was inviting, cozy and offered sensational views of the mountains - I could have stared at them all day!
