Our home

Our home is one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, approximately 1200 square feet. The house sits on a fully fenced acre of land and is surrounded by the Coconino National Forest. This off-grid home is very comfortable and modern. No carrying water or dirt floors! Our electric is primarily from solar/batteries, but there is a generator for those cloudy days. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, and there is a loft with a queen-sized bed also. The subdivision is peaceful and remote.

Dogs and cats need twice daily feeding and to be let in and out of the house. Chickens and one turkey are fed and watered once daily in the morning. Two cows are fed twice daily. The cows water tank needs to be topped off twice per week. Detailed instructions will be provided.
