Billiard room, 2 bedrooms, exercise room, tub and shower. Fiber optic internet with backup whole house generator. The property is surrounded by the 1.8 million acre Ouachita National forest and there are endless trails to traverse on property and into the national forest, I have never seen another person in the forest, so much nature and privacy. Fishing is as good as it gets here, and a beavertail stealth boat (fancy canoe) is available in the barn. 2 side by sides and a four wheeler are also available for your enjoyment. Feed the animals and take dogs for a daily walk, and keep the cabin clean, that's really all there is to it.

Extremely remote and quiet/peaceful. Approximate same distance north, south, east, or west from major cities for shopping and a good chance to experience 4 cities, Fort Smith, Russelville, Mena, and Booneville. There is also small town shopping approximately 22 minutes to Waldron or Danville.

Cats get dry food along with can tuna and chicken legs daily, chickens are free range and every other day they get grain and pellet food in their feeder, horses normally eat off the land except in cold weather I myself distribute hay bales out in the pasture. 2 well behaved ridgeback doggies, sisters about 2 years old, they go for a serious walk every day, and you can do that in the side-by-side UTV. They like to swim in the ponds and river.
