Lucky is a loving 19 year old cat. She sleeps a lot, but when awake, she enjoys being close.

She is fed in the morning, gets a snack in the afternoon, and has "dinner" in the late afternoon/ early evening. There are supplements that get added to her morning food.

Lucky enjoys treats when she goes in and out of the kitchen and loves being brushed.

She does not poop every day anymore. We try to keep her hydrated by adding water to her food and adding a small amount of pumpkin to her food. Several doses of Laxotone or Tomlyn Hairball Remedy also help. Even so, it's not easy for her. She mostly poops in her box but occasionally starts in her box but then paces around the apartment before pooping somewhere in the apartment. Sometimes it's on the rug by the front door.

Lucky throws up sometimes. It can be because she ate too fast or too much, and her body doesn't process the food quickly fast enough. It can also happen after she strains to poop. There is usually one larger puddle and then 2-3 smaller, mostly liquid puddles.
