This location is just 10 minutes to groceries, shopping and restaurants yet surrounded by farms and ranches. Live music at several venues just 10 minutes away. Love walking in my area surrounded by mountain views and fresh, clean air. It's like living in a post card. It's quiet and peaceful.

Taffy is a 15 year old indoor only cat that sleeps most of the time. She is fed twice a day and uses a litter box. She eats twice a day.
I also currently have a senior foster cat Feather that I may still have at the time of this trip. She is very friendly and affectionate and likes to sleep in the room with another person. She requires a pill in her wet food AM and PM. She vocalizes when she's hungry or wants human company.

Am an active retiree that volunteers in my community and loves the small town vibe here. Enjoy weekly, nearby live bluegrass jam. Love the outdoors and watching the weather change from the porch.

Important info

For health reasons, I don't have a microwave. Instead, I have a Breville all in one countertop oven that toasts, broils, bakes, airfries and more. {Also have full size gas range and stove.)
You will need a car to get around as public transportation is in Asheville. You can park under a carport.
