Jill and Randy were delightfully welcoming. I can't say enough good things about how well they explained the cat and house care and expectations. They provided excellent written instructions for cat care, contacts, emergencies, etc. The house was clean and well-organized and the garden was lovely. And, most importantly, the four cats were sweet, incredibly well-behaved companions. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Jill and Randy.
