Our home

Our home has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen is in an open space with a dining area and living room space that opens to a large covered porch. Soon we'll have a nice pool with spa with additional decks and gazebo space. Located in a quiet subdivision of mostly retired folks our home is in a very convenient location, close to shopping galore, a movie theatre & many places to eat out. Located in a quiet subdivision of mostly retired folks our home is in a very convenient location, close to shopping galore, a movie theatre & many places to eat out. Hiking and biking trails are very everywhere. We are only 40 minutes from Zion National Park and the beautiful Snow Canyon State Park is even closer. Washington City is part of the greater St. George area, people come from all over the world to visit. It's a delightful place to live, especially September - May. We have over 300 days of sunshine & great air quality. July & August are HOT, but no snow makes up for it! There are historical places to visit and live theatre is big here. Our neighbours are very kind!

Minimal - I have many potted plants in the yard. We have recently xeriscaped our front and back yard but our new trees and plants need water. By October watering should be limited.

We're a couple with nearly 70 years of life experience. Being retired we are now able to travel whenever we want. When we're home we ride our E-Bikes, work on creative projects and enjoy our people.
