Our two story home features two private guest bedrooms, a swimming pool, a large fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the area. Livermore is known for its wineries, hiking trails, and charming downtown, with easy access to the San Francisco Bay Area. We are 1 hour from San Francisco and 2.5 hours from the Yosemite entrance. There are 3 international airports nearby and the nearest BART station is 10 minutes away.

Our pets

CatsCats (1)
Liz is affectionate, easygoing, and loves spending time with people. She's happiest curled up on your lap while you're relaxing and enjoys being brushed. She also has a playful side and loves chasing her wand toys with feathers or strings.
Her care is simple. She free-feeds on dry food, drinks from a cat water fountain (with her foot), and enjoys a serving of wet food each day. Aside from regular feeding, keeping her litter box clean, and giving her some attention and playtime, she doesn't require any special care.
She's a wonderful companion and will happily reward you with cuddles and purrs during your stay.

Our garden

Minimal - The outdoor area is all on an automated sprinkler system. The lawn will NOT require mowing. There are multiple low maintenance potted indoor plants that would need to be watered once a week.

Outdoor lovers who relocated to Livermore in 2018 for work. Our families are in WA and TN and we have lived all over the US. We love our home and hope you will enjoy it!
