Our home

2 BR/2BA home in safe neighborhood of S. St Petersburg FL (map provided shows house farther south of freeway then it is). Clean home in mostly quiet neighborhood with nice kitchen, AC, washer/dryer & covered side patio. Home located 5-10 minutes from downtown & Central Ave restaurants & 20 minutes from beautiful beaches.

Feed one female spayed kitten inside home, Sophie Lu is indoor kitty (was outdoor when she decided to move in). She's fed 2x a day. Change water & clean litter box daily.
She's easily scared so sitter must be soft-spoken, calm, & play wand with her. She's very sweet kitty.
Sitter also needs to put out communal food bowls for about 8 outdoor sweet but feral cats in covered side patio between 7pm-930pm once per day (different food from indoor kitten). Provide new water daily to all.

Important info

There's a studio in back of property that's rented to friendly tenant.
Special pans provided if want to cook any meat/poultry (fish ok).
No TV currently in house but have wifi to use.
