Beautiful views in all directions, hiking and biking for miles right outside the door. Lots of wildlife. The house is off the grid, quiet and private. At night you can see stars forever. The house is located on the side of a mountain near World class fishing an the Great Sand Dunes National Park.

A high clearance vehicle with 4 wheel or all wheel drive is suggested due to the house being on a rough mountain road. Town, grocery store and hospital are approximately 20 minutes away.
You can keep it close to home, or you can use house sitting as a way to travel on a shoestring. It's all good, and it starts here.
