A suburban 2000 sqft one story house in great condition and very quiet HOA neighborhood. You will have your own separate bedroom with a queen bed and TV, a separate office, and a bathroom. You are of course free to use the main living room, kitchen, washer & dryer etc. Free WiFi and EV charging. There are all kinds of stores nearby, but you will need a car. Downtown Tampa, as well as beaches are ~30 mins away. Our cat, Chewy, is free to roam anywhere around the house, but she must stay indoors.

Chewy is a 10 year old healthy female domestic longhair cat, with no special needs. She may be shy at first with unknown people, but loves to be petted and is pretty vocal when hungry (aren't they all?). She does not like other animals.
