Hello, I'm looking for someone to come stay in my townhome with my 2 dogs. There is a guest room with it's own bathroom, tv, desk, closet, 1 set of stairs, and you can park in the garage. I'd like someone who will be around more than not, like a remote worker or homebody type . They like to hike and go in the car if you want to get out and see the area. I have many trails in the neighborhood for walks, you can go visit the cows and deer and all the bunnies.

My dogs are fairly low maintenance. They love to go on walks, one longer one mid-morning and then 2-3 more throughout the day (just 5-10 minutes each). They also like to be with people. When they are left alone too long, they bark a lot so I don't like to leave them more than 4 hours at a time.

Important info

It's best to have some kind of transportation, but there are markets and restaurants walkable if you don't. The PDX airport is about 30 minutes away.
If you are traveling with pets or kids (family), let me know. The place it big enough, but some pets made messes in my last house.

Tillie and Potato were such sweet dogs. Great area. Was nice to be able to take a break from my own business of pet transport and be able to relax and unwind. Julie was great in accommodating with prior appt that I had set up already prior for my dog. Tillie and Potato ended up joining us for a car ride so they were not having to stay at home. Was a great neighborhood to walk in with the dogs.
Wonderful time with Tilie & Tatoe! Great dogs, a joy to be around! Neighborhood is filled with trails & places where dogs can play off leash. Both pups know that you are looking after them & they stay with you if off leash. My own little dog was welcomed by them as was I. House was warm & comfortable. Great communication with the owner throughout the sit. She's open, calm & KIND! A great experience.
Julie was a truly thoughtful and generous host. I had my own comfortable bedroom and private bathroom, and she even provided guest slippers, which was such a kind touch. She also gave me use of her vehicle, which made getting around much easier and added to the ease of the sit. Even while she was out of the country for work, Julie was easy to communicate with and always responded as quickly as she could, given the time difference and her schedule. Julie was very accommodating and had good communication. She was kind enough to show me around the town before she left. She left a list with clear instructions. Tillie and Tato were sweethearts and well behaved. Didn’t run into any issues while sitting for her. Near by walking path is pretty and has a nice view of the mountains. Nice hiking trails about 30-1hr drive away that are dog friendly as well.
Julie, Tilli and Tato are so sweet and were a delight to work with. The home is clean and easy to be in with stores in walking distance too. I enjoyed taking the girls for walks and watching them play. It was the perfect aligning for us all.
We had a lovely house sit caring for Tillly and Tato. The house was great and over the road from a park and YMCA. I would highly recommend housesitting for Julie.
Zoey and I had a lovely time with Tato and Tilli. The girls were perfect little angels. They were great on walks, we had morning cuddles (Tilli), and the park across the street was great for running around. Julie is wonderful. Thank you for sharing your sweet girls and beautiful home with Zoey and me! Miss them already!!
