Pepper is an 8 year old, 12 pound Havanese snuggler. His tail is almost always wagging when he’s awake. He eats twice a day, loves a daily walk in the morning or evening (just not in the heat of the day), and sleeps in his own bed in the room with you. He’s very friendly and the perfect guard dog, alerting you to wildlife and delivery drivers.

VRBO apartment below may or may not be rented out, quiet hours apply between 10 PM to 8 AM. Landscape steps are provided to avoid walking the steep driveway, which neighborhood teens snow blow in winter. 4-wheel drive recommended in winter.
