Our home

We have a large home overlooking Durango, CO. We have private access to national forest above our home, so hiking and biking are amazing. We have 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen with Wolf appliances. We built our home to raise our children, who are now in college. We specifically designed it as somewhere we enjoyed living, so it reflects our desire for coziness and warmth in the winter while also staying cool throughout the warm summer months.

We love our having 40 acres and private access to national forest. Nighttime stargazing is amazing. We also enjoy our views. Guests regularly comment on the breadth of the views from our home. Downtown Durango is only 15 minutes away with great activities and restaurants.

1 Gecko -- buy crickets every 10 days; water every day and turn on/off heat light
