Our home

I need someone to watch my 6 adorable cats and 2 parakeets while my husband and I are away. The cats are outside most of the time so you only have minimal kitty litter cleaning to deal with, though there are occasional tinkle accidents that need to be cleaned up. We live just north of Panama City. The house is on a bayou with a beautiful view and there is a canoe, kayak and bikes you can use. We live just north of Panama City. The house is on a bayou with a beautiful view and there is a canoe, kayak and bikes you can use. The grocery stores, coffee house and restaurants are only 1 mile away. We are only 15 miles from Panama City Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world There is lots to do in the area and lots of places with live music. You will need a car to get around.

From the moment we arrived at Joe & Marion’s home, we felt genuinely welcomed. They went above and beyond to help us get acquainted with the area, providing helpful information and even taking us on an airboat ride before their trip—which was such a memorable experience! Marion and Joe are extraordinary people who became friends after the first sit I did for them and I was lucky enough to come back for a second sit with these amazing pet parents!!! The stars aligned making our travel dates overlap perfectly with a few days to visit, so before they left on another adventure, Marion showed me beautiful locales like Dune Lakes, A30 attractions, Panama City and the PCB beaches! She and Joe exude grace and kindness in everything they do. Marion even greeted me at ... Their lovely home and fur babies are just as wonderful as described in my first review except for missing sweet girl Bailey who crossed the rainbow bridge last year at nearly 20 years old. ❤️

Marion an Joe are wonderful to house/pet for. Any time I had a question or was worried about anything Marion was quick to get back with me! I have another sit with them in May and am looking forward to it 💜
These were some fantastic pet parents. They took the time to go through the whole house with me and make sure I understood the cats specific quirks and tendencies. The cats mostly stayed outside, but when they came in for their snuggles in the afternoon they were pretty cuddly. They were wonderful enough to grab me a couple of my favorite snacks as well as take me on a sightseeing tour of Panama City before leaving. The house was clean and neat and they were very generous with my ability ... MoreThese were some fantastic pet parents. I sat for Marion at their lovely home in Lynn Haven, FL for their 6 cats and I dog. Marion an Joe were wonderful! Their house and yard are beautiful and their animals were no problem, a couple of the cats I didn't get to see right away but eventually came around. There was also a turtle who came up to the house a couple of times to be fed, soooo cute! Everything went smoothly and when I called with questions Marion answered right away as did I when she called! I would definitely house/pet sit ... Marion and Joe are delightful and the positive energy they radiate is heartwarming. Their home is inviting, cozy, and peaceful. It’s located on a tranquil bayou where there’s a kayak and canoe available to use. There are also bikes to ride in the neighborhood or take to the beach! Marion left excellent suggestions for fun things to do and even marked them on a map for me. I fell in love with Bailey who followed me everywhere. It was a great pet sit for Marion and Joe. They familiarized me with the area the day before and took me to a delicious dinner at one of their favorite restaurants. This pet sit was unexpectedly calming even with 8 cats, 5 birds, and 1 dog in the mix. The home is on a beautiful, serene bayou with lots of nature to just sit and observe. The old girl, Bailey (dog) has some spunk left in her and likes a head rub. Socrates (cat) snuggled with me. All the other cats (7) just wanted the ... MoreIt was a great pet sit for Marion and Joe. They familiarized me with the area the day before and took me to a delicious dinner at one of their favorite restaurants. This pet sit was unexpectedly calming even with 8 cats, 5 birds, and 1 dog in the mix. The home is on a beautiful, serene bayou with lots of nature to just sit and observe. All the other cats (7) just wanted the necessities such as food, water, and a cozy spot to lay. The Parokeets were so attentive and would listen to me when I talked to them. I loved all the fur and feather babies and wouldn't hesitate to return to the Bayou! Close to Panama City Beach and St. Andrews Park. Thankful for the gift!
