Well maintained, beautiful property in the Yorkville Highlands appellation of Mendocino county. The guest room has the most comfortable bed! We have several amenities and a pool with a view!

We are located 7 miles from Cloverdale in the Yorkville Highlands appellation.
Our property is 27 acres.
We are about 25 minuites to Anderson Valley wine appellation, Healdsburg, and Hopland.
We have air conditioning, a pool, outdoor kitchen, and fire table.
Views and sunsets are amazing.

We live on a dirt road about 1/8 of a mile from Highway 128. There are 2 locked gates for your security, with remote control access. You must have a vehicle, but 4 wheel drive is not necessary. 3 stairs leading to the house, but we need someone that is capable of stairs.
