Our home

We are seeking care for our 13-acre hobby farm Sept 25 - Oct 6, 2026, which will be a beautiful time! We have 3 indoor cats, 84 layers, 3 beef steers and 7 pigs. Plant care will be for potted plants and a small greenhouse. The garden will be winding down and available for your picking. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The nearest towns are 4 miles away (both east and west) and about 2,500 people each. Our area is rolling hills with farmland and some wetlands.

Mr. Larry and Mrs. Kim are really great and kind people. My daughter and I, really, enjoyed having a farm experience. The chicken and egg part were one of our favorites. The cats were some of the prettiest we had seen and had cute little personalities/unique things about them. We loved petting, cuddling with or even just admiring them. Cache is a phenomenal dog. Their, peaceful, farm house has great windows, beautiful wood workings/finishes, stone flooring in some places. It was better than we anticipated (we didn't expect bad but like a regular farm house). Such a unique, cool, experience that we're so grateful for. We feel like we've learned and grown from our time, there.
