This is a 4000sf timber frame home nestled on 15 wooded acres beside a spring fed creek. It’s a private woodland retreat with walking trails and abundant wildlife. We have a short-term rental in the walk-out basement. It may or may not be rented at this time. My friendly neighbors are 1/2 mile away. The Grocery store is 13 min away. A larger town is 25 minutes away. I have 2 dog, 2 rabbits, and a horse. One dog is a small Shorkie, an older easy keeper. The other is an 18mo German shepherd rescue who will follow you all over the place. She’s mellow and affectionate and lives in the house too. There are flower gardens in the back and hanging baskets around the 3 covered porches. They will need watering. This is my first longer trip away since owning this place. Hoping for a conscientious animal and nature lover who has experience with horses. Thank you.
