Greensboro North Carolina

My house is a 1924 single level, 1300 sq foot cottage in the Lindley Park neighborhood in Greensboro, NC. I have a large garage and a small fenced in backyard.
My cats are two 15 year old healthy males, Hobbs and Dog, who enjoy food and company. Their care involves two daily primary feedings of wet food supplemented with intermittent dry snacks. They will act hungry pretty much whenever you are in the kitchen so discretion is required. They both enjoy lap sitting and affection. I try to brush them daily to reduce fur balls and shedding.
I keep a clean and tidy house so I would prefer someone with similar habits. The house has a master bedroom with a king sized bed, a guest room with a twin, a third bedroom which is my yoga studio, one and a half baths, dining room, kitchen and living room. There is one TV with cable and, of course, WiFi. The speed should be adequate for remote work.
In addition to keeping the house clean, the yard will probably need some water and possibly a mowing. It is quite small and manageable, but it does get hot in Greensboro in the summer. I have central air! The house does have a nice front porch (with a swing) and a small patio in back with chairs and umbrella. I also have a washer and dryer in a dedicated space just off the kitchen.
The neighborhood is very walkable with an arboretum in close proximity as well as the somewhat renowned local “corner” where you’ll find several restaurants, a couple of bars a coffee shop and a small grocery store. There are larger groceries and a shopping mall very close by. It’s really a great area and a friendly neighborhood. You’ll enjoy your time here.
