Saint Petersburg Florida

This is a bright and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch house in a quiet and pretty neighborhood within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, public library, and bars, and a bike ride away from the beach, the shopping mall, or downtown. Still, a car is very useful. We have a fenced-in back yard with a covered patio and a dog door. We have two elderly dogs (Bobby and Toby) and one old cat (Newton). They are fed twice daily (Toby gets meds) and walked once in the evening. They are quiet, loving, and low-maintenance.
Please note that we do have three beehives in the backyard. They require no care and don't bother anyone but we want you to be aware that they're here.
Minimal yard care: we may ask you to water the plants if it doesn't rain.
