A one bedroom/one bathroom SFH craftsman style house in the East Bay Alameda, CA. There is a driveway for a car, and backyard available with table and fire pit.
Diesel is a 13 year old Border Collie that has slowed down quite a bit recently. He enjoys going on short walks in the neighborhood a few times a day and once in the late evening, usually around 15-20 min breaks. At home, he’ll nap in the house, run around the backyard, chase the ball (use the chuck-it and try not to launch it over the fence!), and nap on the back porch and yard. There is a plastic bowl under the deck for water, important in the summertime. He’s fine out back by himself for long stretches, but please bring him in if he starts barking or howling (he howls when he hears fire truck sirens, which happens surprisingly often).

Trash and recycle bins are in the back down the driveway. Pick-up is Friday early morning, please bring to curb Thursday night.
Mail: Please bring it in.
Backyard: We keep Diesel out of the grassy area when he’s by himself cause he’ll run circles and rip it up, but if you’re out there with him you can move the wooden barriers and let him go wherever. Overhead lights are on two switches, one is at the top of the stairs and one is on the red fence behind the fire pit. Cushions for chairs are in the back shed.
Car: The keys to the blue Honda Fit are on the console by the front door. The floor behind the driver seat is comfortable for Diesel when traveling with him.
When you leave at the end of your stay
Please strip the bed of sheets and pillow cases and put into washer along with any dirty towels. No need to start the laundry.
Dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
Leave the front door key inside the box on front porch.
