LOCAL Looking for sitters from the local area
Seeking a house/pet sitter to be a trusted family friend and someone that we rely on when we travel. Come enjoy a serene property in the hudson valley with hiking trails and fun activities just mintues away.
Dog:
House sitting could be with or without our dog, Greta. She is a 6 year old Border collie/lab/pit mix with a heart of gold. We have a dog door so her care would included feedings twice daily and ensuring there is water inside and outside on the deck. 1 walk daily is optional and I ask that you do 1 afternoon walk around the backyard and scoop dog poop.
Cat: Daily litterbox scooping and replenish litter as needed. Check autofeeder and autowaterer to make sure both have sufficient levels. snuggles daily are appreciated. She's very affectionate.
Snake: We have a corn snake and she's very low maintenance. Check daily for poop and scoop if necessary. Add fresh filtered water when needed. May need to feed depending on schedule. She generally eats once/week and is fed a thawed mouse.
Cockatiel: Daily water change. Remove soiled paper towels from bottom of cage and add in fresh ones. Check food level in auto feeder and replenish as needed.
Chickens: Check water level - may need to add water. Add feed when needed. Daily collection of eggs.
No garden care required.
