Our townhome sits in a quiet, single family/townhome community 10 miles outside of Pittsburgh. It’s a short drive to the city, about 12-15min (without traffic). It’s also a very short drive to Robinson Township for shopping and dining. Our home has 3BD, 2.5 BTH. The third bedroom serves as an office but we can fit a blow up twin bed if need be if you need it. We have a finished deck in the back with deck furniture that looks out to a lovely forest which is nice for privacy. We also have a finished basement and a walk out patio. In our home, we have two dogs and two cats. Our two dogs, Herb and Pumpkin, are best friends. Herb is our 5 year old American Pit Bull Terrier/Chihuahua mix. Herb is overall a wonderful and great dog. I do want to give a warning that he does gets nervous and fearful of strangers at first meeting. He may growl and get defensive at first, but that will only last minutes. Once he settles in with you, he will be your best friend and will be your lap dog. He loves to nap with you and loves to go on walks. He usually walks once or twice a day. He will usually play with Pumpkin, our one year old Golden Retriever girl. She is full of energy and love! She loves to play. However, she is fearful of pretty much…everything. Outside is tricky. She will go outside to do her business. She will get startled by cars/trucks or people or loud noises., so she will pull if she wants to go back in. If that is the case, try again to go back out if she didn’t do one or the other. She will not go on walks. She will burn her energy inside playing with your or with Herb. She will play with her toys or balls or anything really! She will love anything you do with her. She also will love laying on the couch and take a nap. We also have two cats. Carson is our long haired cat. He is very quiet, he has a petite meow. He will try to knock something off the counter so be careful to not have anything valuable on the counters. Carter is our short haired cat. He is very loud. He loves to sit on your lap and loves to look out the window. Both love cat treats. They both also have an automatic cat feeder so they will be fed automatic everyday for breakfast and dinner. The dogs will have feeding and bathroom instructions upon your arrival. Same with any additional details. Thank you for considering our home and taking care of our pets.
