ABOUT ME

I am a 30-something young professional Arizona native!

In general I am pretty active and love checking out new restaurants and bars - all of which is located very close to where I live!

ABOUT THE HOME:

My spacious 2-bedroom, 2 bath townhome with garage & courtyard is located in a highly desireable area of Phoenix, Arizona.

My home has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a pull-out full size ikea couch that includes a mattress pad. I have slept on it myself when guests come and it is comfortable! I also have a crib conversion if needed for a baby or toddler.

There are two bathrooms; one with a walk in shower and the other with an ADA accessible bathtub. The rest of the house is a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. High-speed wi-fi is included along with a smart tv with access to youtube live, netflix, and appletv. If you decide to rent a car, there is a garage where the car can be parked.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
There are many things to enjoy in the area, from amazing restaurants and cute cafes less than two miles away (and accessible via walking paths), one of the most beautiful parks in Phoenix, and walking access to the canal system that runs through Phoenix. Additionally I live 1 miles from Piestewa Peak, a very popular hiking trail, and 10-15 minutes from the Desert Bottanical Gardens and downtown. Truely, my location can't be beat.


THE ANIMALS

My cat, Striker, is 15 years old and very low mantainance. She has self-cleaning litter and will only need to have her food and water refilled dailty. She eats half a can of wet cat food in the morning and another half overnight. She does like to sleep with someone at night on the bed, and enjoys playing with the laser. She is totally fine if you are gone for most of the day. I do have a dog as well (as seen in the photos) but she will not be home for this pet sitting stay, so nothing is needed for her!

THE GARDEN:

There are some potted plants in the courtyard that I would appreciate being watered a couple of times during your stay.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:

My biggest priority is ensuring that Striker cat has love and attention (and is safe!) while she is gone. I am totally fine if you are gone during most of the day but she does need someone to be home at night to keep her company. My family does live near-by and will always be available if anything comes up. My neighborhood is very safe. I really am looking for someone who is responsible, loves cats, and just wants to enjoy everything Arizona has to offer.
