Wilmington North Carolina

Sue made us feel at home at once. Our bedroom and attached bathroom were spacious and comfortable. She had written down and organized instructions to make our successful care of her pets easy. Her home is located in a very desirable historic neighborhood with beautiful homes and gardens. Wilmington is a delightful city. We visited public gardens, seaside restaurants, art galleries and beautiful beaches. We fell in love with her adorable furbabies and we would welcome the opportunity to return.

House/pet sitting for Sue was a fantastic experience! The house was comfortable and stocked with anything we could need. Daisy and Pogo were the sweetest and we enjoyed great walks and nightly snuggles :) The house is in a great location, less than 2 miles from downtown and easy access to all Wilmington has to offer. Sue was wonderful to communicate with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We would welcome the opportunity to sit for her again! Thank you Sue!!

My stay at Sue's house was great! Daisy and Pogo are super sweet, snuggly and well behaved. The house, porch and yard are absolutely lovely. The designated guest room and attached bath are clean, functional and decorated beautifully. The house is in a great part of Wilmington, easy to get around, beaches are 15-20 minutes away, plenty of walkable good eats and drinks and a guidebook to Sue's house and neighborhood which answers any questions you would have. I think he. may be the first small dog I've ever met that actually fetches and returns the ball like retrievers. So cute that one. Daisy likes to think she is as small as Pogo and wants all the loving on your lap. Once she gets to know you are there for her too she will settle right in. I loved the historic district of Wilmington and had an opportunity to walk on foot to a lot of great places including Fourth Friday ArtWalk and the amazing restaurants and entertainment venues nearby. I wouldn't hesitate to sit for Sue again and maybe even travel with her some day!
