Home is 5 miles from the small rural town of Garfield WA. This is the most gorgeous time of year in the Palouse! Lovely 1903 farmhouse with acreage in timbered Palouse River canyon. 100 yards from the river. Quiet. Wonderful wildlife. 27 miles to Moscow Idaho and Pullman WA. Both are small University towns. 60 miles to Downtown Spokane. 12 miles to Colfax,Wa. 3 BR, 2 bath. Decks. Patios. Nice front porch. Mature yard. Hot tub. Valley view.

One dog. She is probably around 5 years old. Quiet, and shy at first. Not a barker. Easy keeper. She bulk feeds and has a dog door. Sticks close to home. Just would like someone to be around most of the time. Give her some love❤️ She would also want to go places with you like walks and hikes, etc.

There are a few indoor plants to water every 5 days or so. There is a sprinkler system for the yard. No yard work necessary. But if you like messing around in the yard, that's great. There are lovely gardens.
Plenty of beautiful places to walk/hike, bike, and explore in the area, and right out the door. Kayak the Palouse River in Spring.

There are 4 peacocks that roam free. Once a week might need to top off fresh water, and grain in their food dish.
Neighbors across the road are very helpful if needed for anything, as well as I have a nephew in Pullman. And I am always reachable by cell phone.
Zippy can be left at the house overnight if you want to be somewhere for a night or so, and don't want to take her. I also have a friend in Palouse who is willing to watch her unless she has some kind of significant conflict.

Must have your own reliable transportation. Single or couple. No infants or young children please.

I use my phone with unlimited plan to hot spot my laptop. Verizon works best. There is no wifi or other internet direct connection. An app called pdanet.co can work well off your phone if you do not have a hotspot.

Plenty of room for parking an RV or van. Electrical and water available.
