We need a house sitter

Central Coast & Central Valley - San Luis Obispo

Templeton, California is in the Central Coast of CA.
A car is necessary as there is minimal public transportation and there is no RV parking b/c of HOA rules.
Our home is clean, tidy, spacious, and is in a quiet neighborhood with open space.

Nearby towns include Paso Robles, Atascadero, and San Luis Obispo(SLO). This is a quiet and relaxing community near wineries, breweries, beaches, and hiking. Accommodations are comfortable and clean and include: all utilities, fast Internet/wifi, streaming stations on Roku, a spacious, relaxing patio, backyard, and home.
We are two retired teachers with one old, small dog. The home is 2500+ sq. ft .with multiple bedrooms, baths, wifi, and a view of the community's open space.

Duties include caring for a senior dog . Our dog, Buddy, is 15 and enjoys relaxing and your calm companionship. The landscaping is irrigated and will require little care. We do have indoor house plants, patio pots, and a raised bed vegetable and herb garden that will need attention.

No rating Fantastic house to sit. Location was idyllic. Paso is a great wine region. Bebe, Buddy and Fluffy (cat) were wonderful pets. Very affectionate. House location was great. Nice neighborhood to walk the dogs with field trails. The backyard is easy to maintain. Really enjoyed the backyard view. Nice place to sit for meals and relax in the evenings. No rating Mark & Jennifer are kind, intelligent, informative, very organized. Their home is lovely, the back yard is a nature paradise, very, very relaxing and beautiful! Fluffy was adorable, she would lie on her back, and literally talk to me, telling me to pick her up and hold her like a baby, she was so much love and fun. I highly reccomend this sit, hope to return next year too. If you get the opportunity, jump on it!

No rating My stay at Mark and Jennifer's home was really wonderful! There is a reason why the area is ranking as one of the happiest in America! I especially enjoyed pet sitting their sweet dogs, Bibi and Buddy and their mostly outdoor cat, Fluffy. They were well behaved and affectionate—I truly missed them when my pet sit was over! No rating Jennifer & Mark were exceptional hosts, and their pets were not only cute, but well behaved, cuddly, kind... and fun! During the time leading up to the sit, they were quick and easy to communicate and plan with. I very much appreciated their welcoming me in for our overlapped time in the house, and their house sitting guide and in person tour was thorough and just what I need to feel safe and informed from the start! No rating Mark and Jennifer are really super people. Easy to get along with and to communicate with. The house is in a great area, quiet but close to everything anyone could need, plus numerous vineyards and Distilleries, which are open for tastings. But the best part is the animals. Both dogs are such loves and after a day or two, became my shadows. The kitty, while being somewhat reclusive, is also very sweet and loving. I miss them already. I would be more than happy to return.

No rating Caring for Mark & Jennifer's little menagerie and peaceful house was a total pleasure. They were incredibly friendly and took the time to show me around the area before leaving town. Their neighborhood is quiet and the view from the backyard, fantastic. But the best part was getting to know the unique personalities of each of their pets and winning their trust.
