I am a research scientist in public health and work from home full-time. This means I can work from your home, as long as you have a decent internet connection!

*About Me*
I moved around a lot as a kid, then spent 20+ years in Boston. I moved to Los Angeles in 2019 to get away from the snow. I love traveling and try to visit at least one new place every year.

I love all animals and plants! All the beings in my care will be looked after as if they were my own. Rituals and routines are good for your pets & plants, so tell me what they are in your home, and I’ll do my best to maintain them.

I have looked after and/or lived with more than 15 dogs and another 12 cats in my lifetime so far, and have completed basic dog training classes and Good Canine Citizen certification. I also love looking after fish and farm animals and gardens.

Please note: I’m somewhat allergic to feathers, mold, and dust, along with the usual seasonal allergies. I manage, but feather-free and clean homes get 5 stars =)

Your possessions and home will be safe with me. I am a four-time homeowner myself, so I know how important it is to find someone trustworthy to look after your home in your absence!

Lisa went over and above while caring for our home, garden and dogs. She was tidy, communicated daily, water our plants, and was stellar with the dogs. We have two active Standard Poodles, who we kept entertained, given lots of attention and affection, played with in the backyard and walked daily. Had a great experience with Lisa. It was my first time using house sitters, and I'll definitely be asking Lisa again. In fact, it's not shown here, but I extended my vacay for another week beyond June 18th, and I felt confident knowing my dogs were in great hands. Lisa was really caring of how the dogs were feeling, their moods, their behavior. One of my dogs had a medical issue, and I was impressed by how Lisa handled that.
