Hi Homeowners!
I am dual citizen USA and New Zealand, and just arrived back in the US after spending nearly two years back in New Zealand. I am looking to house sit preferably in the SF Bay area to be near my boyfriend who lives in Emeryville, CA.
After a 14 year career in occupational therapy in the U.S., I now work part time from home as a Needs Assessor for people with disabilities. I have had cats, dogs, birds, ducks, a rabbit and a guinea pig over the years as pets. My interests include acrylic painting, vegetarianism, yoga, writing, skiing, and interior design. I am a responsible person and can provide you with copies of my licenses from GA and FL as verification of my registration as a therapist. I eat vegetarian and try to avoid dairy.
NB:
I do not mow lawns
I do not smoke.
I am fully vaccinated.
Rosemarie was a fantastic house sitter. She was extremely responsive throughout the process and kept us updated with pictures and texts while we were away.
We came home to a very clean house and a happy puppy. I would not hesitate to recommend her or have her sit for us again.
Excellent experience with Rosemarie! My house looked better than how I left it. Great communication during house sitting period. Watered plants, took in mail and most importantly took great care of my two kittens. Would definitely use again.
Rosemarie took wonderful care of my cat, garden, and home for a month. Everything looked great when I got back. She asked ahead of time how much communication I wanted, and was spot-on with the frequency. Iād absolutely recommend her as a sitter!
Rosemarie was amazing and our Simon was lucky to have been cared under Rosemarie.
She was very responsive and she communicated with us everyday, keeping us up to date with our Simon and the house. She took care of our garden, watering them and giving them love. We had a nice vacation knowing that Simon and our house was cared by Rosemarie
Rosemarie was an excellent house sitter for us and Lilly. She sent regular updates on Lilly with photos or videos, we really appreciated this communication with her. The house was left in fabulous condition with all the house plants thriving. Would not hesitate to recommend Rosemarie in the future.

I came back to calmer dogs that now listen. Very tidy and looked after all the animals extremely well. The photos of the babies was amazing while we were away.

Rosemarie is lovely and our dogs were well looked after , unfortunately our dish washer broke down during her house sit and she pulled it out to try to find the problem, this caused the drain pipe to disconnect form the drain and flooded the cupboard, next door which we are now trying to dry out , but we may have to replace the. whole kitchen cupboard.

I had a new brood of chicks and I was nervous about them. My husband has an aquarium and was worried about his fish and plants. Rosemarie took fantastic care of both and even let our Velcro springer spaniels sleep in her room. Rosemarie also cared for our two elderly cats, three miniature goats and two Muscovy ducks.
