I am a 60 year old retired Military and a retired Corrections Officer for the state of Minnesota and Ramsey County. I live to travel and get to know new people. I love being around animals, they tell and teach us so much.
I have lived part time in the desert Southwest for three years, moved from the Twin Cities in Minnesota.
I will care for your property and pets as my own..
I do travel with my own dog, a 45 pound rescue of many breeds

Bob was so wonderful. We have an old dog and he did a great job caring for her. When we came home the house was cleaned and bedding washed and our dog Kona was right next to Bob. Such a great experience and I would highly recommend him!

We had plans for a vacation in Jamaica, and my brother-in-law announced he would not be available this time to house sit. I had no other possibilities, so I turned to House Sitters America for help. Having no experience with them, it was scarey trying to find a complete stranger to trust for the care of my dog, cats, horses, and garden plants. After many emails, I chose Bob. At first, we were a little hesitant to have Bob house sit since he had no reviews or documented pet sits on here.. but decided to roll the dice, and we are so glad we did!! Our pets were well taken care of and went on multiple walks a day! The younger dogs were walked for over 2+ miles each day, and the older one was walked to a nearby park where she loves to roll in the grass. Our house was very clean, and Bob even washed the bedding and remade the bed! We already have asked Bob to come ... MORE
