Free services may be considered. I might ask for minimal compensation depending on the amount of care and how many pets you have. Prefer within 2-3 hours of Colorado Springs UNLESS it's longer stays (months, not days or weeks), in which case I'd be willing to travel to further states I've never been to.

Hello!
I'm Linda from Colorado Springs, CO. I'd like to be of service to you, your home and your non-human family members. Rest assured, they'll receive tons of attention and affection, and your home will be treated with respect at all times.
I'm a youthful, semi-retired, mature female who loves being with her 2 young grandbabies here in the Springs. I have a caregiving personality and enjoy the occasional change of scenery.
I grew up around household pets and enjoy giving lots of love to them. I'm mostly a homebody; they'll not be alone much.
I like the occasional change of pace and staying in new places. I don't drink or do drugs, have a clean driver's license and a spotless background. I was very glad that it worked out for Linda to sit while I was away. I do not usually advertise for paid sits, but decided it was the best option and a totally reasonable request (imagine what you'd spend on Rover or anyone else who just stops in!). Linda took excellent care of my place and pets - it was nearly spotless when I returned home. She is kind, easy to communicate with, and trustworthy. I am happy to provide more of a reference over the phone!

Linda was a very good housesitter. She took care of my dog and cat and 2 aquatic frogs as well as water some plants. She is friendly and responsible. Linda was able to fill in for us in a pinch when we needed care quickly and I would not hesitate to ask her to return.

Linda was wonderful to work with. She asked questions and was responsive when we communicated over text message. The house was clean and our animals were all in a good mood when we returned, so that’s the main goal of it all! I would definitely recommend reaching out to Linda if you need someone who is courteous and responsible to watch your house and animals. We will contact her again when in need for future sits.

Linda was wonderful - she helped us out at the last minute, even making time to come over in advance to meet our dog. She was communicative throughout, and took great care of our dog. The house was spotless when we returned. I would certainly recommend her.

This is Linda's 2nd sit for me. She was very acommodating and made herself available on short notice. She sent great photos and updates on The Dude. The house was in good shape when I returned. She even watered some flowers because she noticed that they needed it although that was not listed as something she was asked to do in my absence.

Linda stayed for 3 weeks and took care of the house beautifully, leaving it clean and neat. She adapted to the small town and fewer amenities than she is used to. And, of course, she took excellent care of my cat. We had a few just right updates via texting. I will ask her first when I'm looking for my next sitter.

Linda was very communicative before, during and after the sit. She checked in with me to ensure a few things were typical behavior for the The Dude. I got cute pictures. from her. We had agreed in advance when she could arrive and leave, but Linda still texted to let me know. I was very satisfied with Linda.
