  • I have tended to chickens and goats. I have not owned farm animals but I am comfortable around most and enjoy the interactions. If you have small farm animals you feel I can safely care for and you can reasonably teach me to tend too, Id be happy to consider learning.

Im 56 and taken care of many dogs & cats. I genuinely love all living things and do my best at being a caring steward, be it plant or animal. I sold my Seattle home mid 2023 and headed East. I have been traveling ever since looking for land & a community to be a part of. Ive met many wonderful people along the way. VA has been my favorite place to spend time in so far.

I’ve worked on a Earth Ship, a tinyhouse, tended to chickens & goats staying at farms between traveling and seen the beauty of several regions of the South.
I love being in the mountains, meeting new people, their animals in the little towns I find.

I was stressed about leaving my elderly dog and puppy for spring break, but Jeanette came through for me. She took excellent care of my cats and dogs, and they were in good spirits when I returned. She was patient with the puppy's messes and even watered my plants without my asking. My Christmas cactus looks better than ever!
