Hi! First and foremost... ANIMAL PROFESSIONAL HERE! I have work and volunteer experience in a zoo, shelter, and vet facilities!

I am a single travel and animal lover, hence my membership to "housesittersamerica." in the past I have volunteered and worked at several Zoos + Vet facilities, but I never liked staying in one place for too long so I started housesitting. So far its been one of the best decisions of my life! Ive met so many people, got to spend time with absolutely adorable animals and have had countless experiences doing things I never though imaginable

I love to take complete advantage of what areas have to offer and experience the places as locals and tourists would (and take pups on hikes and long walks, if they like to). I am so excited to help ease your mind about your travels, as I care for your home and pets, while I come to love where you live.

Ive always been a very clean + organized person so I can promise you everything will be kept spotless! Additionally I'm a pretty quiet guy, nor do I smoke or use drugs of any kind

Not only will your pets be loved on and incredibly happy (and you will be updated daily, with adoring photos) but people even say I leave their home cleaner than they left it!

This was a long sit. I felt that Alex went to extreme measures to arrive on time. He drove all the way across country. I had just finished renovating the house and put it on the market. Things seemed to be going well at first, but then it deteriorated. Found that after I explained the wood stove door must remain closed, he ignored that instruction and we found burns and the door on the new carpet. Could have literally burned my house down. Also he stopped communicating after we sold the house ... MORE
