Years ago Dawn was heartbroken if we left our pets for a trip with a pet sitter coming in periodically. We love giving others the peace of mind of having someone in the home to care for their beloved pets. We also love getting to know new places and new animals!

As a federal government attorney for 38 years, Scott had to pass regular background checks and as a couple, we underwent a background check to foster children and adopt a child. We do not drink or smoke! We would prefer to house/pet sit in a smoke free home.

Pet care

We've cared for dogs and cats in other peoples' homes many times. We've also cared for other peoples' dogs, birds, rodents, and fish in our own home.
