About Us:
Hi, we’re a couple who genuinely love animals, the outdoors, and discovering new places. I’m Miriam, half Tunisian and half French Canadian, and my partner Jose is of Indigenous Canadian and Mexican heritage. He's also a Canadian-American dual citizen. Hi, we’re a couple who genuinely love animals, the outdoors, and discovering new places. I’m Miriam, half Tunisian and half French Canadian, and my partner Jose is of Indigenous Canadian and Mexican heritage. He's also a Canadian-American dual citizen. We care deeply about people, animals, and the planet, and we try to live in a way that reflects that.

Over the past few years, we’ve been fortunate to travel through more than 15 countries across North America, South America, Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Traveling has taught us to adapt easily, respect different homes and routines, and appreciate the trust people place in us.

We’re just as comfortable in cities as we are in nature. We love diversity, walking through different neighborhoods, admiring architecture and infrastructure, and feeling the unique energy that each city brings. At the same time, we truly enjoy quiet moments outdoors and time spent in nature.

Miriam has a diploma in transport logistics and is naturally very organized, methodical, and solution oriented. She owns a cleaning business and is fortunate to have an amazing team that keeps things running while she travels. She also manages several short-term rental properties remotely, coordinating bookings, guest communication, and operations. With multiple Airbnb clients, she understands the importance of maintaining homes that are clean, well organized, and cared for to a high standard. Cleanliness, organization, and respect for every home come very naturally to her.

Jose is experienced in heavy duty machine operator and is extremely handy. He’s great at fixing things, staying calm under pressure, and finding solutions when something unexpected comes up. He has spent years working off grid in remote areas, communicating only by radio, which has made him reliable, clear in his communication, and very self sufficient. He’s also working remotely while traveling as a front-end web developer. He’s highly skilled with technology and has developed strong problem-solving abilities, allowing him to find solutions quickly and efficiently.

We live a sober lifestyle with no drinking, smoking, or partying. We’re responsible, respectful, and calm, and you can trust that your home will be left tidy, secure, and peaceful while you’re away.

Our Experience with Animals:
We’ve cared for a wide range of dogs and cats, with very different personalities and needs. This includes energetic and very active dogs, anxious or sensitive pets, calm and low energy animals, as well as pets that require medication or specific care routines. We enjoy adapting to each animal and taking the time to understand what makes them feel safe.

We’re patient, attentive, and present, and we truly enjoy building trust with animals. Our priority is always to make sure your pets feel secure, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.

Our Lifestyle:
We’re active and enjoy hiking, camping, city walks, and everyday routines that keep life balanced. Our calm and grounded lifestyle helps pets feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable while their owners are away.
