I love to travel and experience new places, while being blessed to be a blessing to others.

I've raised 4 children and our 5th furry child, Buddy. I've been married since 1999, to a hardworking engineer. Our children all grew up with our family dog Buddy. He passed away at the age of 19 in May of 2026. My mom lived nearby on a horse ranch with big dogs, and my daughters had horses and did horse shows. So, I have experienced taking care of many different kinds of animals and into their old age with special care needs.

Now that I work remotely and no longer have the responsibilities of a family or a dog at home, I am looking to offer my house-sitting services to help others travel with peace of mind. If you are in need of a reliable house sitter, please let me know. I would love to discuss how I can assist.

My children, two are biological and my youngest two were adopted internationally from Taiwan, making us a transracial family. As an adoptive parent, I understand the parenting challenges unique to families formed through adoption. I bring encouragement for strengthening adoptive families through virtual one-on-one coaching, small group coaching, and in-person workshops. I do all my parent coaching sessions virtually. I have served in ministries for children and families since 2011. My calling is rooted in James 1:27, to demonstrate the gospel in caring for vulnerable and orphaned children. I am honored to do that as the Executive Director of Christian Adoption Resources and Education (CARE).

Pet care

My own personal pets over a lifetime. I have always had cats and dogs my entire life. At times I also had chickens, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, fish, parakeets, and hermit crabs.
I love plants and flowers and enjoy watering them.
