A little about me. I am a 54 year old mom and business owner who has raised her daughter and is now looking to venture into the world. I have always had a way with pets that aren't usually that warm to others, yet tend to warm up to me. I also do not drink, smoke or do any recreational drugs. As a career, I am a Digital Marketing Manager for restaurants in the DFW area which gives me the ability to travel and work online.

A little about me. I am a 54 year old mom and business owner who has raised her daughter and is now looking to venture into the world. I have always had a way with pets that aren't usually that warm to others, yet tend to warm up to me. I also do not drink, smoke or do any recreational drugs. As a career, I am a Digital Marketing Manager for restaurants in the DFW area which gives me the ability to travel and work online.

What made me want to do this? 3 years ago I was forced to put down my beloved dog to an illness that exasperated from someone watching her in their home. I never trusted anyone again, Especially in their home.

I am new to this site but have over 10 sits under my belt as well as a Facebook page with reviews, I am currently only in the USA but am looking to do international visits towards the fall of 2027.

My visit stays range from 7 days to 2 months but I am ok with longer. I can do shorter if they are in Texas.

Pet care

I am more of a city girl so I am best around traditional house pets. As I do love horses, my age does not always allow me to get into the trenches of farm life.

I prefer to be close to an area with a bus or train as I do not drive long distances. I also ask that I come in a day early for the sake of your pet. I find it better when the animal is introduced to me when the owner is around.

Review

Melissa did a great job caring for our 2 cats for a long weekend. She was easy to communicate with before and during the sit and extremely conscientious. We arrived home to a spotless house and happy kitties. We would happily have her back!
