The pets! Taking care of plants (both indoor and out), and mostly sending pictures and videos of the pets and their adventures to the family or person on vacation!

My best friend, my Australian Shepherd whom I had for 14.5 years passed away in October. His best friend and my spirit animal, Sheila (a rescue) passed two years ago. Plus my cat (Pie) passed on New Year’s Eve at 19.6! So, I miss not having a furry friend around, and get another pup until I’m settled, so in the meantime, I’m doing sits. I also got him to pass the AKC Canine Good Citizen Test Levels 1 & 2. I’ve worked with many dogs on everything from doing the basic sit, down, stay to walking on leash without pulling, etc. I’ve worked on behavior issues and so, so much more. I prefer to come stay the night before if possible b/c I find that the animals, especially dogs, appreciate the sense of security that comes with knowing the person before their family leaves. I do prefer to also meet the pet and family and see the house & neighborhood before making any commitments
