My name is Julia, I am from Ukraine and my husband, Jacob, is from the USA.

We are a happily married couple and have been spending the first 2-3 years of our marriage housesitting and traveling while also saving money. We are saving for a home, among other business ventures, so this is perfect for us in this season of our marriage.

Jacob is a Dietitian and Nutrition Coach and primarily works online. I manage our nutrition business and also translate documents in Russian, Ukrainian, English, and sometimes German.

We love serving the needy, travel and we love, love, LOVE animals! I love to cook delicious meals and baked treats for lovely people.

We keep a clean, tidy house. We have one dog but she is overseas with the rest of the pack. She is the mom of 5 other Chihuahua's at home and we felt it was best to leave her back in Ukraine on our first trip to the USA as a couple.

I spent my summers in Ukrainian villages tending to livestock, house pets, and other homestead projects. I am comfortable in an apartment or a farm! I also come from a family with 8 dogs! I left for America without my precious dog, Gabriella, and miss her dearly.

I would love to help you out by spending time with your dogs & pets! Jacob loves animals, too. He grew up with cats and dogs his whole life. We would love to travel more frequently and we see that this is a great opportunity to both help someone and to travel. We like doing both!

Jacob and Julia did a great job watching Sebastian and keeping our house in order. They sent regular updates and are a lovely couple. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pet/house sitter.
