Now that our daughters are both in college, we would love to travel more as time allows, to visit the places we already love and discover new ones! Shelley is a wonderful sitter and and a lovely person. She took the time to win over my typically unsociable cat, no easy feat! My home was clean and tidy and Yeti was unstressed and happy to see me when I returned. I'd definitely recommend Shelley to future travelers and would love to have her sit for me again in the future!

Due to terrible and unfortunate situations that happened to both of us and our families right before the visit beyond our control, we mutually decided that we would not continue with the trip or housesit. However, what I will say is that Shelley was incredibly communicative and wonderfully kind. I would have HAPPILY and WHOLEHEARTEDLY trusted her in our home and I know it would have been a wonderful experience. All communication leading up to our mutual decision was wonderful- I loved getting ... Shelley, Pete and family were outstanding. They took such good care of our house and dog, Huckleberry. Their communication was great and they provided regular updates and photos of Huck throughout their stay. We could tell they treated our home like their own. They did all of the minor home maintenance that we asked for and more. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a house sitter and would happily host them again!
