I am an adjunct instructor that recently switched from "onground" classes to online classes. This afforded me the opportunity to travel. I spent the last year on organic farms, planting vegetables and working with various animals. I enjoy exploring the country (and other countries) and meeting new people.

I have taken care of a horse and donkey for five weeks, as well as cats, dogs, and chickens.
