We were so lucky that Amara was available when a relative that was house sitting for us had to leave suddenly due to a medical emergency. Amara arrived on a moment's notice and took over seamlessly, taking excellent care of Bijou, faithfully watering all of our plants, and keeping our house clean and tidy. She kept in touch when there were any issues (such as a water faucet that suddenly stopped working) and was able to resolve any problems quickly and efficiently. She and Bijou bonded right ... She and Bijou bonded right away, and she sent several photos along the way so we could keep in touch with our kitty. The house and garden looked just great when we returned home. Bijou was very calm and content, which speaks well to the care that Amara took of him.

Amara was an amazing pet and house sitter. She was very thorough and communicative and both our house and our 3 fur babies were in perfect shape. I look forward to having her sit for us again!

Amara was an excellent property caretaker for our remote 120 acres in the mountains above the Central Valley, where we are creating a yoga retreat and are in the midst of extensive renovations. She stayed for 5 weeks. She's a trooper! With a property this remote, it is essential to have a presence onsite at all times. Amara interacted with various service teams that came by, and always informed my brother and me promptly of what was happening. She's professional, well organized, and ... What a gem is the lovely Amara! She took excellent care of my two cats and home for two weeks. She is very responsible and conscientious. She showed up on time and carefully followed through with all instructions. Amara takes her responsibilities seriously and communicates clearly and effectively. She reached out with a few questions to make sure the cats and garden were well cared for and I'm glad she did as one of my kitties is very skittish and her presence was calming for the poor boy! ... A few unexpected things happened while I was gone (the garbage disposal broke, the spark arrester fell off my chimney), and she dealt with them competently. Whenever I emailed her for updates, she replied immediately. When I returned home, the house was spotless, and she even left food for me so that I didn't ... Amara was a great pet sitter and house sitter! She spent a lot of time at our home which was wonderful for our puppy and two kitties. She has great attention to detail and our house was very tidy upon our arrival back home. We were very pleased with all of Amara's care and effort!
