We need a house sitter

Northwest - Walton

BELINDA

Retired business owners of 30 years. Married for 45 years.
3 children, 6 grandchildren.
Christian

12 year old indoor female cat Millie.
She has an automatic cleaning cat box with crystals ( no sand)
Clean and change 1x per week- 10 days. She will have an auto water dispenser. Has dry food and cat tuna daily , snacks.
Water ext potted plants as needed
We have a small salt water pool. Add water to tile as needed, brush down weekly, check chemicals weekly. Mow front lawn as needed.
Mail. Clean and tidy. Reliable. Mature.
No pets. No smoking.
New construction single story
3bed/2.5 bath home two blocks from the beach entrance. Restaurants.
Electric Bikes available.
Private bedroom with queen bed and private full bathroom.

Tim and Belinda are wonderful home owners to sit for. We arrived to learn the very sad news that their beloved Mr. Darcy 13 year old Golden Retriever had passed away. We were heart broken for them. Our responsibilities at their home were few. We got to care for Millie, a very affectionate cat with lots of personality. Tim and Belinda’s comfortable new home is located within walking distance of beautiful Florida panhandle beaches and very close to beautiful parks with walking and bike trails. Belinda and Tim were very friendly and welcoming to us when we arrived. Their senior golden retriever, Mr Darcy, was initially sad after his mom and dad left but warmed up to us quickly. He loved getting belly rubs, sitting with us on the couch, rolling in the grass and smelling much of everything along his walk route. ... MORE
