Mogadore Ohio

We are looking for a House sitter or sitters for the period of 10/12/24 to 11/22/24. We have 3 sweet spoiled dogs and 2 spoiled cats. Our home is located in a semi rural area but still within 15 minutes of shopping and Interstate travel.

The home is a 3 bedroom , split level built on almost a 2 acre wooded lot, with a recently remodeled main floor great room and central island kitchen. There will be garage space parking for sitter available, if needed.

Our three dogs are friendly and of course spoiled. We have installed an invisible fence for our dogs to have freedom to explore without leashes, our large backyard meadow that backs into a forested area. We are within walking distance to the large Mogadore Reservoir for fishing and kayaking. Also, the Ohio Trail that crosses the State runs alongside the Reservoir behind our home.

Sitter duties would be feeding and care of dogs and cats. We also have a deer feeder and various bird feeders that if sitter wishes can be kept full of seed and corn for feeding and enjoying the visiting critters that come to feed.

Sitters may enjoy the fall colors that we hope will be there during the early time of the sit. Within easy driving distance is Cleveland and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and Lake Erie. Heading south about 30 minutes is the National Football Hall of Fame in Canton. A little further and easy drive south is a multi city Amish area, with great restaurants, cheese shops and Amish arts and crafts shopping.
