Job Description
Our two young adorable bonded cats, Batman and Robin, are indoor only. We rescued them from a local shelter as kittens late 2020. They love peeking out the windows, being snuggled and brushed and playing with toys. Robin is shy at first but warms up over time, and Batman is typically friendly when meeting new people quickly seeking a pet on the head. Batman may require administration of oral medications by syringe, depending on how he heals from an injury in mid-March. Three raised vegetable garden beds will be on a timed irrigation and need supplemental watering depending on the weather.

Charming 1930 Tudor-style home with vaulted living room ceiling, original wood floors, sunny breakfast room, full dining room, renovated full bathroom, all new appliances in bright kitchen with full amenities for cooking and baking. Cozy back yard with a gas grill and guests are welcome to harvest seasonal vegetables that are ripe during their stay.

Bus and rail transportation to Berkeley, Oakland and San Francisco are accessible by walking to stations 5 to 10 minutes from the property; Richmond ferry service to Pier 1 in SF is 10-minute drive. A short taxi away from miles of green space for biking, hiking and Bay sports such as paddle boarding, kayaking and sailing. Less than an hour to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Counties. Marin county is reachable by car for endless options for day trips such as hiking at Mt. Tamalpais and Pt. Reyes, Stinson and Bolinas beaches, Bodega and Tomales Bays offering miles of spectacular seaside attractions like surfing, tide pooling and relaxed lunches including fresh local oysters and seafood. The City of Richmond is also home to excellent mom and pop restaurants, breweries and wineries within a short drive.
