I was very excited that my friend forwarded me the Housesitters America site link since I’ve been thinking of expanding my house and petting watching activities this year. My own dog recently passed on and although I’m not ready to adopt again, I miss our walks and play time. So I thought that providing peace of mind to traveling families, would be a win-win situation.
Although I have been pet sitting on and off for years, my primary focus has been a 30 plus year career in the veterinary profession. I started out working as a pet nurse then progressed to veterinary sales and marketing where my hands on experience was well utilized. My extensive background with pet care are backed up with references (available upon request) that will attest to my dependability, caring nature, and respect for others homes.
