My story picks up after years of living in the Pacific Northwest...having lovingly cared for aging parents and a sweet black Lab named Pearl, I'm all the wiser from the recent lessons love, illness and loss have offered about living. It was time to travel again, I told myself, discover new stories to tell with inspiration from animals along the way. I'm a quiet, independent, responsible, caring, curious writer who is also a sensitive animal lover. A respectful, neat, and tidy houseguest describe me as well. I've been to all 50 states/Wash DC with a desire to continue to be a traveler throughout our beautiful country. I'm a nonsmoker, don't drink, fully vaccinated, and boosted. AWD Subaru Outback owner and reader must be added to this list. Past employers have included Tiffany & Co., Delta Air Lines, production assistant to two wildly talented calligraphers and artists. During the summer and fall of 2020, I was a volunteer at the Humane Society in Long Beach, WA, and was raised with dogs as part of a loving, close family. I enjoy being an active, top-rated pet caregiver for the online apps Wag! and Rover. Family and friends have trusted me to be a caretaker of their pets and homes- a responsibility I take seriously while having fun with the pets in my charge. Joy, delight, laughter are important to me! To offer pet/homeowners peace of mind while their pets and homes are in my care is my goal.
